For over 25 years Andreas has been living in two worlds: High performance sports and the corporate world. He lives his dream and supports the German national women’s hockey team as a performance coach on their way to the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2021. Andreas is fascinated by digitalization. He supports companies in taking advantage of the opportunities of digital and agile, lean transformation. “People, passion, performance”, this is the triad Andreas uses to develop high performance teams and a learning and performance culture in companies. He gives managers concrete tools that enable them to master changes in their everyday work. As a passionate performance coach, mentor, consultant and lecturer in executive education, he has a wealth of practical and theoretical experience that he is happy to share. Andreas works very goal- and performance-oriented, practical and empathetic. The right attitude and mindset is always important to him.
