So he started an intense coaching education at the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a Professsional Certified Coach (PCC), he is strongly motivated to maximize the energy needed for optimal performance on individual, team and organization level. He loves to spend quality time with his wife and two daughters. During his free time he is a passionate triathlete who embodies the spirit of endurance sports. This mental game of perseverance leads to success. It is all about engagement to conquer your goals in small steps.

With sports as the origin of mental coaching techniques, Bart decided to merge his passion for sports, business and coaching into the role of performance coach at Mentally Fit. Combining his extensive business experience in people development with his personal sports successes, he authentically motivates peoples and teams to become energized and to perform at their highest potential.
