BIO

Iraïs has always been passionate about sports and psychology. As an ever enthusiastic go-getter, she quickly grew her career as marketing manager in the business of sports and leisure, traveling all over Europe.

Certified as an Integrative Psychotherapist, she’s strongly motivated to maximize the energy needed for a person’s or a team’s optimal performance. As a passionate triathlete she embodies the spirit of endurance sports and the mental game that goes with it, knowing that success is above all else about perseverance, being fully engaged and conquering your goals in small steps.

With sports as the origin of mental coaching techniques, Iraïs merged her passion for sports, business and psychology into the role of trainer and coach at Mentally Fit. Combining her integrative perspective to develop people and her personal experience in sports and business, she authentically motivates peoples and teams to become energized and to perform at their highest potential.
