Patrick is a retired partner from EY (June 2017) now working as senior advisor for EY in the area of learning and people development and collaborating with Mentally Fit as a business partner and training facilitator. Before retirement Patrick was a senior partner with nearly 30 years of experience serving multinational clients.

He was the business development and learning leader of the French EY Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR) practice based in Paris and the global and EMEA learning leader for EY Global Compliance & Reporting practice (GCR). Prior to participating in the creation of the French ACR practice in 1995, Patrick worked in Arthur Andersen’s audit practice for 15 years. Subsequently, he has been instrumental in developing the operations and direction of ACR, which has grown from a group of 15 to over 300 professionals in the seven years preceding the merger of Andersen with EY in 2002. In his role as ACR Partner, Patrick has worked with a number of multinational companies on accounting projects, and has extensive experience in outsourcing of accounting, payroll, statutory reporting, and tax compliance services.

Another important contribution to the Andersen and EY communities was Patrick’s personal investment in training. Patrick has always been passionate about learning and people development and has invested significant amounts of time in designing, developing, and delivering training in the areas of team management, leadership, coaching, effective presentations and facilitator development. He has done this both inside Andersen and EY and externally as a faculty member of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sc Po) where he delivers a course on Team management & Leadership.

Patrick is a certified MBTI® and Tracom® instructor and has extensive experience in presenting a number of management tools and frameworks such as Belbin® roles, Situational Leadership ®, Kraybill Conflict Style Inventory ®, Learning styles®, and others.
