Pierre-Henri studied at EDHEC Business School and started as a wool buyer for 3 years. Afterwards he has dedicated his career for 37 years to a French international retail group, in which 10 years he was the country director of organisation of Russia. This is where he was in charge of and mastered strategy, management of big projects, efficiency, creation and development of new companies, audit, survey, events and mergers. When he retired he opened a consulting company where strategy, organisations and customers are central.
